Communications Working Group
The Communications WG manages APTrust’s communications strategy, including advocacy. Management includes creating, reviewing, and revising a communications strategy for APTrust, which includes objectives, target audiences, key messages, tactics, metrics, and communication channels/mechanisms (including the APTrust website, documentation, and applications). The Communications WG is responsible for monitoring results and assessing the success of the communication strategy. The Communications WG is not responsible for executing every aspect of the communications strategy, but the strategy should specify roles and responsibilities. The Communications WG coordinates with members and the Advisory Committee to create strategic website content.
