APTrust drafts answers to 20 Cost Questions

At the November 2015 iPres Conference in Chapel Hill, APTrust was one of several preservation repository-service providers about which presenters were curious: how would we answer the 20 Cost Questions that had been developed last spring by the MetaArchive Cooperative?
Here is our initial draft of answers:
We should note that the questions seem intended more for commercial providers whose practices are not as transparent as those of a higher-education collaborative organization such as APTrust. In any case, we’re happy to answer all such questions from any source.
